<title>Estabelecer a configuración da rede manualmente</title>

Se a súa rede non asigna a configuración de rede automaticamente ao seu computador, debe configurala manualmente inserindo as configuracións vostede mesmo. Este punto asume que vostede sabe as configuracións correctas para poder usalas. Se non é así, pregúntelle ao administrador de rede ou busque polas configuracións no seu «router» ou «switch» de rede.

 Abra a vista de <gui xref="shell-introduction#activities">Actividades</gui> e comoece a escribir <gui>Preferencias</gui>.

 Prema en <gui>Preferencias</gui>.

 Se está conectado á rede co cable, prema <gui>Rede</gui>. En caso contrario prema <gui>Wifi</gui>.

 Select the <gui>IPv4</gui> or <gui>IPv6</gui> tab and change the
 <gui>Method</gui> to <gui>Manual</gui>.

 Type in the <gui xref="net-what-is-ip-address">IP Address</gui> and
 <gui>Gateway</gui>, as well as the appropriate <gui>Netmask</gui>.

 In the <gui>DNS</gui> section, switch the <gui>Automatic</gui> switch
 to off. Enter the IP address of a DNS server you want to use. Enter
 additional DNS server addresses using the <gui>+</gui> button.

 In the <gui>Routes</gui> section, switch the <gui>Automatic</gui>
 switch to off. Enter the <gui>Address</gui>, <gui>Netmask</gui>,
 <gui>Gateway</gui> and <gui>Metric</gui> for a route you want to use.
 Enter additional routes using the <gui>+</gui> button.

 Prema <gui>Gardar</gui>. Se non está conectado á rede, abra o <gui xref="shell-introduction#systemmenu">menú do sistema</gui> desde a parte dereita da barra superior e conéctese. Probe as configuracións da rede tentando visitar un sitio web ou busque por ficheiros compartidos na rede, por exemplo.
