<title>Agochar un ficheiro</title>

<p>O xestor de ficheiros <app>Ficheiros</app> ofrécelle a posibilidade de ocultar e mostrar ficheiros á súa elección. Cando un ficheiro está oculto, non se mostra no xestor de ficheiros, pero segue estando no cartafol.</p>

<p>Para ocultar un ficheiro, <link xref="files-rename">renoméeo</link> con un <file>.</file> ao inicio do seu nome. Por exemplo, para desocultar un ficheiro chamado <file>.exemplo.txt</file>, debe renomealo a <file>exemplo.txt</file>.</p>

  <p>Pode ocultar cartafoles da mesma forma que pode ocultar ficheiros. Oculte un cartafol poñéndolle un <key>.</key> ao principio do nome do cartafol.</p>

 <title>Mostrar tódolos ficheiros ocultos</title>

<p>Se quere ver todos os ficheiros nun caratafol, vaia a dito cartafol e prema o botón de opcións de visualización na barra de ferramentas e seleccione <gui>Mostrar ficheiros ocultos</gui>, ou prema <keyseq><key>Ctrl</key><key>H</key></keyseq>. Verá todos os ficheiros ocultos ao carón dos ficheiros que normalmente non están ocultos.</p>

 <title>Desocultar un ficheiro</title>

<p>To unhide a file, go to the folder containing the hidden file and click
  the
  
  view options button in the toolbar and pick <gui>Show Hidden Files</gui>.
  Then, find the hidden file and rename it so that it does not have a
  <file>.</file> in front of its name. For example, to unhide a file called
  <file>.example.txt</file>, you should rename it to
  <file>example.txt</file>.</p>

<p>Once you have renamed the file, you can either click the
  
  view options button in the toolbar and pick <gui>Show Hidden Files</gui>, or
  press <keyseq><key>Ctrl</key><key>H</key></keyseq> to hide any other hidden
  files again.</p>
